This is a really high quality motorhome that is uniquely laid out and fitted with great options and a reliable caterpillar and Allison powertrain. Exhaust brake and hydraulic levellers. It has very low miles at 66k.

She has 2 roof AC units, a propane furnace, propane and electric water heater, and a double door fridge with ice maker. Everything works great. It has a queen size bed in the back and the bedroom has its own slide out. The bathroom has a large shower tub with a huge skylight bubble. The 10 gal water heater gives you plenty of water for a 10+ minute shower.

Up front is a pullout sofa and dinette with a removable leaf and 2 chairs. The comfy leather driver and passenger seats are power adjustable and swivel around. There is a 30 inch lcd monitor above the center console that can be used for tv or to view the rear facing camera. An onkyo stereo receiver and high end speakers are installed in the front.

We are (I believe) the second owners and have all of the prior work orders and all original manuals and documents for the coach.

As for low points, the roof did leak around the solar panel which has now been removed. We repaired the leaks and also had the seals around the AC units replaced while at it. The fluorescent light in the kitchen was also replaced. There is peeling clear coat on parts of the nose and very little on the siding. I would say the carpet is fine but dated. There are a couple of cracked tiles in the rear that aren't bad. Overall lots of little cosmetic issues you'd expect on something this age, but a very solid rig!
