All maintenance is current and this trailer has been inspected by Happy Daze in Ripon CA (8/6/24) for the  following: roof inspected and resealed, slides serviced, water heater and fridge inspected and serviced,  All tanks cleaned and conditioned, furnace serviced; wheel bearings repack and brake adjustment. 
This is a $1200.00 maintenance package to ensure that all items in the trailer are in working order and ready for use. Documentation available upon request.

You'll never have to worry about cold weather with the heated and enclosed underbelly and suspended tanks, a designated heat duct to the subfloor, and a high-density roof insulation with attic vent. Ceiling hight won’t be a problem because you'll have maximum head room with 81" radius ceilings.  Equipped with tons of storage under the queen size bed and the outdoor drop-frame pass-through storage compartment.  The universal docking station is an all-in-one location for utilities and hook-ups. You'll also have industry-leading tank capacities so that you can fill and empty your tanks less often.
