This is an extended stay, all season trailer. It is very comfortable, two fridge's and big tv. This is a used trailer I stayed it to save up to buy a houses. It was non smoking. The main A/C unit has just been replaced, the bedroom AC was rarely used. I am throwing in and extra moveable A/C unit if you would like it. The RV didn't really need it but I liked to sleep very cold. Both fridges run cold, one had the condenser replaced but run great now. Propane and electric water heater. Main propane heater works very well. Fire place/heater works very very well. Nice large large kitchen (for an RV its huge) it was great for having friends over. I did not travel much in it as I found a cheap place and parked it so it is rather low milage. If you have any questions shoot me a message.
