One owner 2015 K-Z Sportsmen 331BH, purchased is brand new from McLain’s RV of Denton Oct. 2015.  Fantastic floor plan with a large dual slide out bunk room in the back.  Always well maintained, extremely clean.  Jackknife couch was replaced a couple of years ago with a reclining leather sofa $(1,200).  The dinette booth cushions all re-covered, and the dinette seat back cushions all professionally re-covered earlier in 2024 ($800).  Factory stereo replaced with a stereo/DVD player.  New tires a few years ago.  Had McLain’s service the super-slide out last year, and we had the slide rollers completely replaced. 

Selling as the kids are grown, and we are ready for a motor home.  I’ve found the same unit on-line selling for over $17,000.  This one is priced at $13,990.  Includes the weight distribution hitch and accessories.

• The awning will need to be replaced in the next year or two
• Red light is “on”, on the WFCO 8950.  McLains looked at it a few years ago, said that everything‘s functioning and I can choose to replace the converter or not. A few years later, all is well. However, I am going to discount the price in case you want to pop in a new converter.
