This Tent trailer has been Lightly Used. Probably around 12 trips!

We kept our Tent Trailer garaged from 2004 to 2018. Since then it has been parked on the cement driveway on the shady side of our house.

In the last 3 years we installed a new anode in the water heater which has not been used, new load D tires, wheel bearings greased, lift cables greased, a new Diehard Advanced Gold 12 volt battery that we keep unplugged when not in use, the pilot light for the 3 way refrigerator has been replaced. We have only gone on 3 local trips in the last 3 years.

There is a 20 gallon water tank plus an additional 6 gallons in the water heater and an outdoor shower. The sink has hot and cold water. We also added a second propane tank.
