Bought new in 2007. Single owner. Well maintained over the years.  Upgrading to something bigger. New wheels and tires.  New battery. Trailer is in good condition, showing minimal signs of age. Great for family camping - sleeps six comfortably with desirable slideout dinette converting into a full size bed. Manufacturer specifications says it will sleep seven, but the most we ever had was six. End beds are queen size and king size.  Newer outdoor awning. 

Wheel bearings just greased.  Brakes tested and serviced.
