Great family starter! Hybrid -Three true queen drop down bunks, gas/electric fridge, hot water on/ off grid. Toilet, shower, kitchen sink, microwave, gas oven, water heater! What else do you need?? Also includes weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bar, and water and sewer hoses! And rack for “honey pot”. A little rough when we got it in 2015. Floor is solid, a/c and heat work, all electrical outlets work. Things we’ve done: entire roof replaced by professionals. Replaced a/c seal and repaired sides as best as they could without taking the whole unit apart(2016). Installed small tv w/Blu-ray for streaming(2018). New microwave(2021). LED lights inside and brake/turn(2021). New tires(2022). New kitchen faucet(2022). New battery(2023).

Things that might need to be addressed: the awning. It still works, but has some cracking and one tear. Screens have patched areas. Radio-speakers work, radio does sometimes. Control buttons don’t always do what they say they do. 

Water heater and all water systems work, (including off grid pump) although outdoor shower has a small leak only when it is turned on at the shower. The grill that came with it is gone. We’ve slept through many storms with no leaks, but if you aren’t careful when you spray it with a hose when it is closed, some water enters the bed area. Overall a great camper with lots of life left for a medium size family to enjoy. Check out where all we’ve been in the back! We just used it July 18-23, decided to get a 'couples camper' because it's just my wife and I, the kids have outgrown us and left! Has everything you need to start enjoying the great outdoors!
