We have swallowed the anchor and bought a home in the Palm Springs area after full timing in this rig for the last seven years. 500 HP ISM in this tag axle rig. $40K remodel done at Leisure Coachworks in Fontana back in 2018 include porcelain tile flooring through out, residential fridge, bigger convection/microwave oven, new fabrics, tile backsplashes, lighting, etc. this rig is in amazing shape and has been very well maintained. Upgraded Lifeline house batteries. Aqua Hot and 10KW Onan generator were serviced 10/23. Big diesel service just done this week. Just Installed 8 brand new tires, resealed the roof, new auto leveling compressor, and various other items that needed attention prior to selling. This Monaco should be available in the next 2-3 weeks as it is being finished up for sale, waiting on new fabric for the main awning.
