Make/Model: 2020 Crossroads Zinger 331BH

This is an awesome Travel Trailer! It has 2 bathrooms which is what we really liked about it. We purchased this one because it had not been used very much by the first owner. It was our intent to bring it to a piece of property we own and leave it there but have since changed our mind and are going to build instead. Since owning this RV it has never left our driveway. This Travel Trailer comes fully furnished. It is fully stocked with towels, multiple sets of bedding (sheets, blankets & quilts), plates, cups, silverware, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot, etc. The furnishings and bedding have barely been used. Even though the roof was only 3 years old, we went ahead and coated it with Henry's roof coating including all of the roof flashing and slide outs, just to make sure nothing ever leaked! The master bedroom, in front of trailer, has a queen sized bed with it's own bathroom & TV. Plenty of storage below the bed and 2 closets on either side of the bed. The opposite end of the trailer has a bunkhouse with 3 bunk options or 2 bunks and a sofa. The bunkhouse has a separate bathroom, which also exits directly outdoors. No need to walk through the entire trailer to access the bathroom! It also has it's own TV, 2 closets, a shelf and an extra mattress that can be pulled out. New battery, 30A surge protector, power jack, extreme weather package, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, lots outside and inside storage. Has a total of 3 TV's (and remotes), a sound bar and space in the outdoor kitchen for a 4th TV. There are many extra conveniences with this trailer that just need to be seen. Weighs 8770lbs and a total of 37' hitch to bumper. This RV still smells new. There are some scratches and dings here and there but overall it is in very good condition. We have never had pets inside. It has had minimal use, and all of the cushions are in like-new shape. We keep the summer temp maintained at around 80-82 so it doesn't roast while it sits. We have the clear title in hand.
