Beautiful RV gently used and stored under cover! Upgraded living/dining room that converts into huge sleeping area. Upgraded lighting. Windows are tinted for privacy and reducing heat. AC and heating is excellent and it keeps up with demand. New upgraded tires and new mattress in master bed. Awning works great and in wonderful condition!   Two tanks of propane with remote plug-in for outdoor cooking. Outdoor shower is a must at the beach!  Everything is electric and set-up time is minimal. This is a great family RV for quick get-aways.
