Description

Reduced from $99,500 to $89,500 O.B.O. for quick sale.

This is a complete off-grid home on a 4X4 lifted chassis. This rig will allow you to remain off grid and go places no other large RV can get to. See this link:   https://youtu.be/XA0k8DLW6EA

It is a great place to live while developing or rebuilding. It is also an awesome guest house. No need for any hookups other than filling your water and propane as needed.

Highlights: A 4x4 Department of Transportation (DOT) compliant conversion by Northwest Quadvan LLC (please see their website for more information), a 4 inch lift with rear airbags, includes a dashboard shift-on-the-fly knob, 1000W of solar on the roof, lithium ion batteries, a wood burning stove, Cummins Onan 4k generator, Natures Head composting toilet, on board air compressor, Warn 16.5 Ton Winch, a full body factory paint job that was wrapped from purchase until 01/31/2025, sleeps up to 7 people, large capacity fridge, arctic package with custom skirt, and loads of other additional custom upgrades and inclusions with the sale. This rig cost us $148,000 to create. At $89,500 it is a great value.

Perhaps, best of all, this rig has only 17,800 miles on it complete with 4 more years on a transferable, bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Do you need to live off grid while developing a remote property? Do you want an RV that will hold its value? Want to show your large family the beauty of this country? Do you hate crowded and expensive RV parks? Need a Bug-Out vehicle? Do you enjoy winter camping or hunting? This rig will do it!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Where is the dinette?

The dinette and the very uncomfortable loveseat couch were removed in 2020. We replaced them with a twin size daybed with storage below and an open floor plan to accommodate a removable dinning table, work station, or lounge chairs, depending on our needs. This remodel also included the addition of a Kimberly Woodstove with granite hearth.

Is the woodstove safe?

Yes, Kimberly Wood Stoves are UL tested and one of the most coveted tiny home/RV/yacht additions out there. Please examine their website for additional information: https://www.unforgettablefirellc.com/

What type of engine?

Triton V10 gasoline engine

What gas milage does the rig get?

8-10 mpg when not towing. 6-7 mpg when towing with a full load.

How much can it tow?

The rig is rated to tow 7,500 lbs.

Does the rig come with a tow package?

Yes, we will include a Blue Ox tow package. However, you will need to modify your tow vehicle.

Does it have a warranty?

Yes, we purchased a 10-year extended warranty from Johnson RV that is transferable. There are 4 years remaining.

Why are you selling it?

We are moving to Hawaii where it will not be needed.

What advantage does the four wheel drive offer?

Because there is an on-board air compressor, you can deflate your tires and drive onto a beach. This rig is also very nimble on any fire road or gravel road. You may need to prune branches out of your way to avoid scratches. We have used 4x4 low range to go up steep dirt inclines with no problem. This is also an excellent snow vehicle. The Nokian tires are known for excellent performance in snow. The rig also has a winch, which we have never used, other than to operate it for maintenance purposes. The DOT lift allows for significant ground clearance not found in other class C motorhomes of this length. This conversion allows greater performance and affordability rather than a spendy Super-C, which would also be much heavier.
