Everything on the unit is in working order (TV, stereo, refrigerator, hot water heater, water pump, furnace, AC, microwave, cook top, shower, toilet). Unit comes with roof-mounted solar panels and working inverter. All original Tommy Bahama gear (glassware, bedding, pillows, towels, lounge chairs, cooler) will be included. Will also include Blue Ox SwayPro hitch, electric hookup surge protector, two sets of leveling blocks (20 total), water hoses (drinking water hose and black tank flush hose), and a Winegard cellular WiFi booster. We're the 2nd owners, have had the unit for almost two years, and have only taken it on two road trips. We're selling the unit simply because we are not using it enough and want someone else to enjoy it.
