RV has many new items installed in last 12 months. Both roof airs, both exhaust fans, fireplace, leveling key pad, and outdoor shower fixtures.

Very cold air for the Texas heat.

This RV does not show its age and has been very well maintained. It has lots of storage space with upgrades.

Exterior graphics are painted and not decals, so they are in excellent condition.
