The Good:

New Tires, New Batteries, New Repaired Roof, Generator Runs, AC works, Brakes Work, and pretty much ready to go. Have been using it for the past year with no issues. We took our expensive queen mattress out of the front, so you can replace with your own. The 2 read mattresses are like new. Have title in hand and tags good until 4/2025

The Bad:

Needs new awning. Roof had leak a couple years ago and was repaired. All interior water damage was repaired. Interior and Exterior shows its age, like other RV’s its age. Its priced accordingly.
