We are selling our well-equipped 2024 21’ Springdale Mini 1700FQ Travel Trailer. We bought it new for over $21,000 in January 2024 and used it for a two-month cross country trip in March and April and for a two-week trip during July. The trailer is in excellent condition and we love everything about it, but because of our age, we are looking to do cruises and tours in the future instead of camping. It is priced for a quick sale at more than $8000 less than you would pay for a new one at a dealership and is much better equipped. The original warranty is transferable to the the new owner. Clean title with no lien. Registration valid through January 2026. The trailer weighs 3100 lbs. empty and sleeps 3-4 people between the walk-around queen size bed and the convertible dining area. The queen size bed has a pillow-top mattress (not the foam trailer mattress that came with it) with bedding, pillows, and linens as seen in the pictures. The trailer has a separate bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and vanity, a 3.3 cu. ft. battery operated refrigerator with freezer, a 2 burner propane stove, a microwave oven, a 13.5K BTU Roof mounted air conditioner, a 20K BTU furnace, an on-demand hot water heater, a power awning, and a 200 watt solar panel. It has a 20 gallon fresh water tank, and the grey and black water tanks are 30 gallons each. There is ample storage under one dining room seat, under the queen size mattress, and two small wardrobes on both sides of the bed, as well as having outside storage access. We added the following to the factory equipped version: Yakry Wireless Back-up Camera for the trailer, bathroom vent cover, power hitch jack, EAZ sway control hitch, 42 inch Fire TV, two 4 drawer plastic units that fit under the bed overhang, a viewable trailer level, propane tank gauge, and towel racks. This amounts to more than $1300 in accessories that is included in the selling price. We also have an optional add-on package of accessories: 4 shelf dividers, a wide two-step portable entry steps, a Bluetti 200 watt portable solar panel with an 1800 watt battery operated generator, 75’ of drinking water hoses, two water filters (one external and one at the kitchen sink), various hoses, sewer, and electric adapters, wheel chocks, wheel levelers, plastic leveling jack supports, and RV antifreeze for an additional $650.
