This unit is senior adult owned. Please look at the factory specs and what I added. I purchased it to downsize from a 28' unit. It is 1 1/2 years old. The trailer is in like new condition. Used for 2 trips. The unit is garage kept at all times. It is thoroughly cleaned inside and out after each outing including deodorizing the black tank. All factory items work as they should although I never turned on the tv(it still has the plastic wrap on it). The solar panel will keep the fridge/freezer working perfect. This is great because I would load the fridge and it would keep everything fresh while traveling. I added the following:Full residential queen mattress, Wineguard satellite dish(never activated), 1k/10k Recurve weight distribution/anti sway hitch, Weber grill with 2 way splitter to hook up both the flat top(factory accessory) and grill at the same time, extra long sewer hose and slunky, carpet on the steps, 30 to 50 amp dog bone, and 24 leveling blocks.I have never dry camped so there has never been water in the tank.
