** UNDER CONTRACT ** We bought this 2014 Roadtrek SS Agile in 2019 with only 4,750 miles on it (we knew the sellers). Now with only 32,400 miles, this vehicle is in excellent condition. Its compact 19 length makes it easy to maneuver in tight spaces and allows you to park and camp just about anywhere. The Mercedes based SS Agile is the only legacy model in the new Roadtrek lineup which says something about its popularity. 

The kitchenette features a stove, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and new sink and faucet. The powered sofa can be converted into a king or two twin beds for a restful night's sleep. The front seats swivel for more seating options and a small pull-out table is perfect for morning coffee. The Agile also includes a wet bath with a toilet and shower. More highlights include 300 watts of solar power, along with a propane generator, so you can power your devices and appliances while off the grid (the a/c and microwave require either shore power or the generator to run). 

This camper van has been well-maintained and upfitted. Service B was done in September 2023 along with transmission fluid replacement. Service A is currently scheduled. New tires were put on in September of 2022 by the local Mercedes Benz dealer (Kumho, LT 245/75 R16 120/116Q) with approximately 12,000 miles on them. 

The water heater and propane regulator have been replaced. An all-new 9.5k low profile Houghton (RecPro) quiet air conditioner with heat pump and remote was installed in 2024. The slide-out sink (no longer being installed in newer models) was removed from the wet bath to create additional legroom for the bed. The standard small kitchen sink was replaced with a deeper sink and separate faucet with sprayer. Instead of the cumbersome table that had to be mounted on a removable post, a lagun table was installed. It can slide out of the way if not needed and it doubles as the platform for the large bed. New insulated Wanderful window coverings are included for all the windows except those in the rear sofa/bed area that already have insulated shades.
