The RV is extremely clean and has never been smoked in. Im only the third owner of this wonderful RV. I purchased this RV last year from an older gentleman that had it stored inside a heated storage area, the rig has had very little use as he suffered from health issues and could not use it any longer. Very low miles at just 65,811 local miles only, no long trips every taken, that averages out to just a little over 4,000 miles a year put on the rig. The power plant is a Ford V10 with the coveted Ford Chassis set up. The RV has tons of power, no 35mph over a mountain pass with this rig. The RV is setup to tow a vehicle in the flat tow method. I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler for sale that is all setup for the RV, super easy hookup and youll never know its back there, tows great. Im asking $12,000 for the Jeep if youre interested in the complete package. The previous owner had general maintenance work done on the RV and the JEEP in 2023 prior to selling them, I have all the receipts for the work performed, and all manuals and service records as well. Both vehicles are in excellent condition. Im selling because Im in the process of moving to Montana and dont want to take them with me.
