Wonderful RV for the whole family! Residential queen bed sleeps 2, bunk beds (converts into 2nd dinette table) sleeps 2 more. 3 person couch jackknifes to sleep 1 adult or 2 kids. Dining table with room for 4 converts to bed that will sleep 1-2 kids. Over the cab bunk will sleep 1 adult or 2-3 kids. Or is SUPER convenient for storage of bulky items like golf clubs or strollers. Weight capacity of over the cab bunk is 350 pounds. 

Everything works! Refrigerator is larger than normal. 2 a/c units keep it as cool as you want in the hot, Texas summer. Onan generator has only 310 hours. Generator uses gas from your normal gas tank so there is no secondary tank to fill. Hot water heater is both propane and electric powered. 11’ awning in perfect condition. With less than 9000 miles on this RV, the tires are in great shape and the 7.3 L V-8 engine creates plenty of power to power an RV of this size!

This is the ONLY way to travel if you have children! Let the kids play video games on the separate TVs or board games at the table while en route to your destination. Let your wife / husband take a nap in the queen bed with the a/c on and have the kids bring you a cold Coke from the fridge, all while traveling down the highway!
