The RV has been well maintained in a smoke free environment. The kitchen has a large residential refrigerator with an ice maker. There is also an island with a double sink. It has plenty of cabinet space and a large pantry. The shower has more than enough elbow room with glass sliding doors. The bedroom has an RV-King sized mattress and is easy to walk around. There is a large closet for clothes, plus a closet that has hookups for a stackable washer and dryer. (Not included) Also in the bedroom, is a 30” HD tv mounted on the wall. The living room has double recliners with built in heater and massage. There are 2 loveseats that make pull out beds. The living room also has a 50” HD TV that hides in the cabinet when not in use. The living room is surrounded by large windows.  There is a lot of basement storage with an 8 foot slide out tray in the rear and full pass through on the sides. In addition to the rear storage, there is more storage toward the front of the RV with access to water lines. The tires were replaced with Sailun trailer tires that have a 75 mph rating, new Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brakes, new bearings and seals, and a new awning. The roof has been inspected within the last 3 months.
