Very comfortable, and in great shape! The recliners swivel to look out the big back windows. Mostly used for trips to the PNW coast, plus one trip to N. Idaho and one near San Fransisco.The dinette is plenty big for 4, and makes into a surprizingly comfy queen bed.Plenty of handy features, like an electric hitch lift, a small solar panel that can be added to, 2 batteries, 2 large propane tanks, 3 Maxx air reversible (and remote controlled) ceiling fans, air conditioner and furnace, 2 skylights, double panel windows, and the entire trailer is sealed underneath with tanks heated by furnace ducts for true 4 season use. The water heater is a 10 gallen elec/gas, and the fridge/freezer is 2 way as well. The pass-through "garage" under the front has been insulated. The TV is 12 volt! All the lighting is 12 volt, too. The media system includes an AM/FM radio and a CD/DVD player, with speakers inside and under the automated awning. The awning light string is along the trailer wall, so works even when the awning is in. The bathroom has room to change in, and a full shower. One nice design feature is the towel rack hangs above the bathroom floor heating vent, so towels dry quickly. Another feature: even with the slide in, there's easy access to the bathroom and bedroom, besides having 2 screened doors. The kitchen has a microwave, 3-burner propane stove and oven, and a double sink, besides a sizable freezer/fridge and big pantry. There are HDMI outlets at each bedside table. The mattress is 6" memory foam with a memory foam topper, and very comfortable. Again - there's lots of room, lots of storage, and that large dinette table is great. The roof and tires are in good shape. Additional items are 2 sets of sheets and bedspread, chocks for between tires, and a storage cover.
