This is a clean deal, Well kept and well serviced. NO LIENS and Used sparsely.

Winterized with RV antifreeze each winter. Gas water heater, private bedroom with queen bed, bunk room with 2 bunks and dinette which converts to bed, lots of space with the slide, gas/electric refrigerator, 3 burner range. 

Minimum wear and tear due to not being used so it smells fresh and clean. We did have had some great times in this trailer and hoping your family will too. 

We are selling to explore other options like camping van.
