Extremely well maintained 23' with newly rebuilt and re-insulated front end. You won't believe the condition of the interior. Everything works. Hot water, lights, furnace, plumbing, A/C, TV, fridge, stereo...all in perfect working order. There is literally nothing mechanically wrong with this RV. Ready to camp right away. In fact, we just camped in it this past week! Over the past 4 months, the delaminated front end was completely disassembled, membrane was re-laminated to plastic to replace old cardboard, front framing rebuilt with new wood, and old soft insulation replaced with block foam the way it should have been in the first place. We kept the original membrane so that it could retain the logo. This RV is gonna last. Queen bed, sofa bed, dining table/bed. Sleeps 4 comfortably (or 6 if kids share) Awning is in decent shape. It shows its age, but no major tears. Good tires. One plastic tire cap is missing. No slide out. This is a walkaround model. Ignore note about the trim package. It is not specified, but RV Trader makes you pick one. Tired of looking at RVs in this price range that are poorly maintained junk? We take care of our stuff. Look, it ain't perfect because it's not brand new and we're not saying it is in brand new shape. But it is in VERY good condition. Call to check it out.
