The 2016 Forest River Georgetown 328TS is a luxurious and spacious Class A motorhome that offers both comfort and convenience for all your travels. With only 22,580 miles on the odometer, this RV is still in great condition and ready for its next adventure.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a full-size stainless refrigerator with bottom-drawer freezer. It features water and ice in the door. A comfortable dining area, and a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The couch is aftermarket, 2 power recliners with lighted cupholders and usb charging ports as well as a storage console in the middle.

The dinette offers storage under the benches and also turns into a bed. The master bedroom offers a plush queen-sized bed with a Serta mattress and overhead storage, Tv and 2 closets and multiple drawers for clothing. The bathroom features a corner shower and plenty of storage space.Above the captains seats is a pull down twin size bunk (ladder included)A washer/dryer are already installed and ready for use.

All windows are double shaded(filtering and blackout). It features 2 heat/air units, automatic leveling system, outdoor tv and stereo system, winter package and a powered awning.

Interior and exterior are in good condition with normal wear.

We have loved this rv but with lifes changes come changes to recreational needs. It has been well cared for and is ready for more adventures.

The ONAN generator has been recently serviced and has only 878 hours. Lots of outside storage areas including a large pull out in the rear pass through.
