I have been the only owner/user of this coach. There are less than 300 miles used with these tires. I used it for almost 5 years and since then really not at all. It has always been completely maintained and as of right now there are no issues to be fixed. There has never been a smoker in this unit. The King Size mattress is a Sleep Number made for RV's which cost $1,700. I have made minor upgrades over time, with handmade fabric sun and heat blocking blue suede curtains for every window.Also Includes a 16K Bed Hitch! Still one of the BEST RVs made!
