I am the third owner, I was told the original owner was a machinist metal worker and to his credit made some amazing modifications to customize the RV and provide different sleeping arrangements and a bench/couch; along with a ventilated holding area for pets.

I have a full-length cover and a 5-gallon diesel fuel can, which would be included with the purchase.

The RV has barely been used and the interior is in outstanding condition, the exterior is in excellent condition with very minor dings and scratches. RV has a rear-view camera with a feed on the dash for the driver, AM/FM radio, and a mounted TV with video inputs. GPS mapping and navigation for the in-dash unit is not updated, we use our cell phone information to do our GPS mapping and navigation instead.

The generator has approximately 50 hours of use on it, the tires are just over a year old, and all systems work to my knowledge.

We are selling it because we aren't using it enough to justify keeping it.
