Dry weight ~ 6,164 lbs, GVWR ~ 7,700lbs.The few times we camped we used the campground water supply and associated black water connections without issue.Bathroom with newer porcelain toilet and a tub style shower.New variable speed vent fan with rain auto close and remote installed in the bathroom this past spring.Inside and outside speakers seem to work as they should.LED lights throughout cabin.One slide which operates well, slide track system lubricated this past spring.Wired rear camera.Dual 30# propane tanks which were just filled at the start of summer.New Electric front jack installed at the end of last season, originally had a hand operated one.~13,500 BTU AC blew cold 7/12/24 when last used.Heat ~25000 BTU forced hot air from the floor and worked well last October.~6 gallon hot water heater runs off propane and 120VAC when plugged into shore power.Anderson sway control and weight distribution hitch system.Two sliding door to front bedroom.2 bunks in the back with privacy curtains.TV rotates between living area and front bedroom.Three burner stove with oven, we never used it.44 Gallon fresh water tank34 Gallon grey water tank32 Gallon black water tank
