Description
This is a perfect 4-season bumper-pull camper. No 5th-wheel hookup is needed. It keeps cold in the summer and gets hot in the winter. This camper will stay warm in the winter with just a 1500-watt electric heater. No propane is required for heating, although there is a propane heating system installed. Propane degrades camper structures with moisture, and it should be avoided, plus it's an added cost that can be avoided.
The interior has been remodeled, also with the add-in of a second ac/dehumidifier. The pass-through has been R30 insulated and plywooded. Most pass throughs are not insulated and let in cold air. The roof had been re-rubber coated with the add-on of vent weather toppers. That way, in any weather conditions, you can still have adequate fresh air ventilation. It also has a slide out topper to keep snow and ice off of the slideout seal. If you use a camper in the winter, snow melts and freezes on the seal, usually causing water damage. There's no warping or water damage as noticeable in most R.V. pictures. This camper is solid and in great condition.
It comes as seen in pictures and with many other
components. Multi-colored ambient lighting has been added, new blinds and blackout curtains, wheel chokes and covers, propane tanks, leveling blocks, 100 foot 30 amp cord, 30 amp surge protector, inlet water filter, roof top ac cover, insulated roof vent pads, R15 insulation pads for all windows, and other components. Everything you need to leave and go camping or live in right away with all the amenities of an apartment.
With the housing crisis and rent being so expensive, this is the perfect opportunity for couples or individuals to be able to escape the cost of high rent and leases. It could be used as a way to save money while building a home. This is also ideal for construction workers who work out of town and don't want to waste their money on hotels. Maybe the kids need to come home for a bit.
If interested, a 1 acre lot, 45 minutes south of Albuquerque N.M., with no building restrictions or county code requirements, can be sold also for an extra 5k. No R.V. permits or septic requirements needed. For less than 20k, you could have your freedom. It's always nice to own land and have other options, especially the winter. I also have a beautiful lot in ocean springs Mississippi, 1500 feet from the ocean that can be sold for an extra 25k, or an amazing lake plot, with a lake view of loch Lomond in the Ozarks, for an extra 35k.
This tandem axel camper is the perfect size, not too big, not too small, well insulated, and has lots of storage space. Bedroom can fit a king-size matress, and the dinette turns into another bed. If you're looking for a great camper at a great price, this is it. You would want to see it. This camper is solid and hardly used. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better camper at the price . Vin report included. See pics.
