Single slide/ All 6 tires replaced in 2022/Rear air bag shocks replaced in 2022/New house led lights installed/A/C and heat works as it should. Runs and drives .Generator has NOT worked since we owned it. Have a new generator that sets on a new hitch cargo carrier that will go with the RV with an acceptable price. Previous owner installed a roof coat from front to back. No leaks since we have owned it.Some delamination on each side under the windows.Some interior cosmetic repairs have been made. Has been primarily used for visiting guests to stay in.

Reason for selling is we have bought a smaller RV. Sale is as with no guarantees of any kind.
