This 1952 Spartanette is in good condition. I purchased it about 4 years ago with the intent of remodeling it. But too much work got in the way. I work in healthcare and COVID kept me too busy. Now we are moving from California and need to sell it.

The inside has already been “cleaned out” so none of the original cabinets or fixtures are present. There is a solid floor of plywood and wood paneling has been applied to the walls and ceiling. 

The windows are mostly in good condition, but one of them in the front broke. I presume this was due to the cold this past winter.

We primarily used it for storage. But now it has got to go. I towed it up to Big Bear without a problem. New tires and bearings repacked at that time.
