$21,995-Excellent condition & to the best of our knowledge everything works as it should! We still camp a couple weekends a month and are only selling because we are moving into our retirement home late this year and won't be camping any longer :( Comes with lots of extra's including weight distribution hitch, extra wall mounted tv in bedroom, sun screen that slides into awning track (see stock picture) for extra shade plus lots more miscellaneous items! Must see to appreciate the spaciousness of this floorplan and so many campers don't allow full access to the bedroom, fridge & bathroom without opening the slide-out but this one does so you can use the camper at rest area's etc with full access to the camper and no need to use the slideout (only serious campers and people that travel will understand how important this is!)!
