This is a meticulously cared for 24 foot Class B+ motorhome with many, many upgrades (included in the photos) including solar, power inverter, 42 gallon fresh water tank (up from 28) and a ladder to the roof. We rarely plug in and mostly dry camp/boondock. Built on the Ford Transit chassis it is comfortable, nimble and a pleasure to drive. The 3.7L V-6 engine has plenty of power and gets 12-15 mpg. 22,500 miles.

The living area features a comfortable couch and two swiveling & reclining captains chairs with a flip-up table between. The large windows have privacy and night shades. A 32” flat screen TCL Roku TV is interconnected with an AV receiver with four speakers, subwoofer and a DVD/CD player. A VERY comfortable queen bed is stowed up against the ceiling. It is lowered with a push of a button, already made up. The jackknife couch below can be deployed as an extra bed.

The kitchen has a 24” wide sink, a high arc faucet/sprayer, generous counter space, a 3-burner stove and Microwave. The refrigerator is a full 6 cu. ft. with large freezer. There are plenty of upper and lower cupboards, cabinets and drawers. The dry bath is large and comfortable with a vanity and sink, full shower, pedal flush toilet and large closet/wardrobe.

Outside are three large storage bays, shower and a 24” TV with receiver and speakers. Both gray and black holding tanks have thermostatic heating pads, and the fresh water tank and lines are inside the coach: this is a true 4-season rig. Propane genset. Towing hitch is Class 1.
