2014 Redwood which has the 2015 look and feel. Very well maintained with some improvements. Flex armor roofing installed in 2021 which replaced everything which touched the roof including a new antenna, skylight and all A/C seals. This new roof improves the insulation and provides a sound barrier better than ever. This installation required going to an approved Flex Armor installer and 3 days of installation time. The roof carries a lifetime warranty, and it is by the serial number on the RV. Other items noteworthy consists of Six point self-leveling system, full body paint, onboard voltage regulator, generator prep, washer/dryer prep, king size bed with a mattress recently purchased, two large electric awnings, outdoor TV, TV in bedroom, surround sound entertainment system in the living area, dishwasher, solid wood cabinetry, pull out drawers in a very large pantry and one drawer actually has a plug which we use for our air fryer, large laundry room for a washer and dryer side by side with a shelf above them for storing a considerable amount of your necessary "stuff", safe in the bedroom closet, lazy boy recliners recently purchased, residential refrigerator with icemaker, Trailair hitch which softens the ride of the RV along with rubber equalizer's on the suspension. Goodyear G614 LT235/85R16 tires/spare. Also has central vac system, safe and fireplace. The RV is equipped with two hydraulic slide systems for the large living room slides downstairs and the schwintek slide system in the bedroom. The bedroom has the slide within slide system which gives the bedroom much more space much like the units which have slides on each side of the bedroom. The unit is really beautiful due to the amazing paint job done by Redwood. Many people think the unit is new and they always ask me what I do to keep the unit so pristine, and I have to tell them it is just the amazing paint used when built. The RV always turns heads due to its beauty and it is very functional for all your camping needs regardless of the conditions. This is truly a four season RV and we have absolutely loved it. As you probably know, Redwood makes a beautiful fifth wheel and we have always been very grateful to have this particular unit. Coming from someone who researches RV's regularly, we felt this unit was by far the best fifth wheel out there to meet our RVing needs and it served us very well for the last 8 years.
