All new batteries & tires 2023

coach is like new, kept in metal storage building when not using. Just my wife & I used it. Tile floor. New front flex steel seats, couch replaced with wide Electric reclining Loveseat. Vaccum toilet, it never smells with the sealed system. Refrigerator runs on electric, generator 6k watt and battery. Has good ice maker. Washer/Dryer. Auto leveling jacks. Dish satellite works in US or Canada. Everything is automated except water, sewer, electric hookups. 3 TVs, awning, 2 AC units with heat pump plus propane heat. It holds 27 gallons of Propane. Has oven, convection and microwave all in one. 3 burner range.

We have been all over United States and it climbed every mountain, hill without difficulty. We absolutely Loved it all! Really breaks our hearts to sell but we have to for financial & health reasons.
