This RV is in mint condition. My dad recently passed away. He and my mom purchased this RV in 2004 with just 16k miles on it. They have every service record and it has seen very light and easy use. It has always been kept in a climate controlled storage unit. This shows, as even the outside stickers do not have checking on them. It is hard to believe this unit is this old when you look at it!

With just under 76k miles on the cummins engine and freightliner chassis, it is barely broken in! This RV has many miles and trips left in it!
