Very nice lightly-used Highland Ridge by Mesa Ridge, model 241BH,

29’ foot 10.5 inch camper with slide-out.

This is a higher-end unit by the Highland Ridge brand. The MSRP was $46,553 in 2022. The market for this trailer is still in the high $20ks. We have loved this trailer, but we recently purchased a motorhome from a private seller, so we have this priced to move quickly. We are a Smoke-free and pet-free family, and we have cared well for the trailer.

It has a solar panel to run all DC components and to self-charge the battery. It also features an electric tongue jack, and an outdoor kitchen with 2-burner cook stove, mini fridge, and water.

There’s a queen bed in the bedroom, two full-sized bunks, & the c-shaped couch that also makes into a full bed or dinette. Enough space to accommodate up to 8 sleepers.

Ours is exactly like this one, except it does not have the awning. The brackets and outdoor lighting are there, but the awning is not. A new replacement awning is around $900, and the price more than reflects this.
