This 2022 Forest River has a current "Warranty Forever" in place that is transferrable to the new owner. We purchased this Forest River brand new from the dealer in November of 2021, and had it brought directly to our property and placed on an existing shale gravel pad. We have not moved it since it was originally placed. We had visitors stay in it one-time last summer for 3 days and it has not been used since. We have treated manufactured wood under the tires to protect them. This RV is in excellent condition, we have other RVs and outbuildings on our property for friends and family and don't need this additional one.
