This trailer has been used very little. Everything works as it should. There are no leaks and no past leaks. The wheel bearings and brakes are recently seviced. It has aftermarket tires, based on time not miles or wear. It has upgraded toilet and oversized propane tanks. This is a great couples rig. This is the forth RV for me and my wife, but time has come for us give up our RV adventures.
