This is a four season RV and is extremely roomy. There is a separate family room with two pull-out queen beds and two recliners. We have upgraded the TV to a 55 inch Samsung HDTV. In the kitchen is a spacious pantry and plenty of cabinet space for all your needs. We removed the dining table and replaced it with a two person desk. We still have the table and four chairs and will be happy to reinstall the table if you want. We replaced the mattress in the bedroom with a Brooklyn king hybrid mattress, which my husband says is more comfortable then the one at home. In the bathroom you will find a linen closet which has lots of storage space. We removed the heavy glass door and installed a shower curtain. Outside you will find two TVs. One on the side and one is a new 42" Samsung HGTV which slides out for your viewing pleasure. There is a rear slide-out that will hold all your toys and outdoor cooking equipment. We use it for our Blackstone and smoker plus chairs, tables, rugs and more. There are 5 slide outs and each have covers to ensure you don't capture any leaves or twigs when you close them. We installed a sun shade on the awning which is great on those summer afternoons. This 5th wheel has allowed us to take so many great trips with the grandkids and with just the us and the dogs. (We even have a spacious fencing you can set-up for your dogs which we will include if you are interested. That is also stored in the slide-out in the rear of the RV!). There is one small scratch on the side from a ladder slipping when we had it waxed. I included a picture and took that into account when pricing it.

We pulled this with a 2020 GMC Denali Duramax 3500 Dually with 41,100 miles. If you need a truck to pull this beautiful 5th wheel we will also sell it and include the BMW Companion 25K 5th wheel hitch.

This unit is ready to go! We will include all the hoses, electric cords, surge protector and more. We are moving to a small house and won't need the camping equipment.
