We are including many extras, such as dishes, pots pans, silverware, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and padded reclining lawnchairs, out door rug and camp table as well as the fold up camp table that is in the outside kitchen. All you would need to hit the road with this RV are your personal belongings. It even has an extended warranty plan on it until April 5 of 2025! This floor plan is awesome as you can access the bathroom and bedroom without over opening the wall slide and has bunks!  All sewer  hoses, water filter and electrical extension plugs included and all are new. Has hydraulic jacks and jack pads installed on them. This RV is very nice and has only been owned by seniors with no children. Needing to sell due to medical issues.
