Camper comes with all: Weight Distribution/ Anti Sway Bar Hitch, Waste Hoses, Connections, and Accessories (Too Many to List). 10 Ply Tires have less than 300 miles. New Battery (6/26/24). Camper is in great shape and ready to camp. 

Pull out Awning has staining underneath that is consistent with most white awnings. 

Cooktop fan does not come on. Not sure it ever did. We never cooked inside the camper besides using the microwave.

The camper has been great for the family, but with the kids fall and spring sports schedules we do not have time to use.
