Fully loaded and barely used. This Casita is owned by my parents and was used on maybe 6-7 trips. It is in imaculate condition. Towing weight is 3500 lbs. Can be towed with almost any SUV or even some smaller cars. It's the perfect couples trailer. 2 burner stove, fridge, wet bath, heat/AC and built to last. These trailers are hard to find and hold their value.
