The interior and exterior are in excellent condition. This trailer is barely used. Almost like new. I purchased it used when we had a house fire. I intended to have my son use it while the house was being repaired, but the insurance company ended up getting us a massive 2-bedroom fifth wheel. We ended up using it from time-to-time as a get-away place when the fifth wheel got a little cramped.
