Perfect 5th wheel for full-time living. Has a residential-style fridge and hookups for a washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage and very roomy with 3 slide-outs. New tires in April 2024 and the roof was recently resealed. A new anode rod was also installed in the water heater at the same time.

When purchased, it was equipped with an RV king-size mattress, however, I have altered it to fit a residential queen and currently has a Tempurpedic mattress, which may be included in the sale.

I am the original owner and have had no mechanical issues. I have taken up permanent residence in Florida and no longer need this unit. Willing to deliver, within reason.
