Description
Our family of 3 has outgrown this 2018 Rockwood Premium Off-Road Package.
***It is a 2018 Trailer, I made a mistake on the listing that I can't figure out how to change *** Manufacturer date is early 2018, will upload more photos/video soon
It is ~20' from tongue to end of spare tire, ~16' box length. We have taken it on quite a few trips around the West Colorado/Utah/Idaho range over the past 3 years and it has always been good to us, but it is time to move on to something else.
The tires are in good condition, hold ~28-30psi.
Everything inside works well - full disclosure, we have never used the water system, it was drained once we purchased it and has remained that way the entire time we used it. We always brought/supplemented our own water needs, so the sink/water system was never used by us. It was working when we purchased it, so I have no reason to believe it doesn't work now - that was just our preferred method to keep weight of the vehicle and maintenance lower.
The microwave/stereo/fridge all work well. Fridge can be run off battery (have never done this), shore power (have done this) or via the propane system (mostly done this, far more effective). A/C and heater systems work well.
The dinette has new legs for the table system, but a majority of our use it has remained in the "bed" configuration for a child.
The permanent bed has a newer, much lighter and more comfortable mattress on it - the stock one was not pleasant for 2 adults.
The battery is what came with the trailer when we purchased it - It should be replaced (or I will replace when I get a few extra $$'s available) , but for our needs (campsites with shore power) the battery has never been an issue.
We have some additional things/hardware/tools that will come with the trailer such as a cover, wheel chocks, etc.
Asking price is right at what we still owe on the trailer. We can no longer afford to use the trailer, so we need to sell to be out of it.
