Well maintained, excellent shape inside & out, only two owners. Rarely used, no pets, no odors. Sunny with lots of windows (all with mini-blinds), open living room/kitchen area w/ real wood cabinetry, table + 4 chairs, reclining loveseat & two reclining chairs. Full size bed & desk area in bedroom. One bathroom w/ shower. Brand new digital A/C & new awning. Two large slide-outs. Roof & exterior very clean. Have the title BUT there was an error in transferring it so it is not valid. Considering reasonable offers. Would also consider a trade for a comparably priced item. Must be pulled off of the current lot; may be able to be delivered within 20 miles of Lutz, FL where it is currently located. Call for more photos or information!
