This RV is really awesome and great for desert boon-docking! Selling because we are remodeling our home.

All exterior decals have been removed for a really clean look.

● Living space includes:

o Shelving within cabinets for ease of use

o TV removed from cab over bunk

● Rear frame is steel tube reinforced with a connected tube steel bumper and hitch receiver by Weld-Tec

● 6” suspension lift by Weld-Tec

● Toyo H/T Open Country tires: LT235/85R16

● Generator non-functioning, didn’t troubleshoot other than ensuring fuel level and carburetor was cleaned

● Base tube installed by previous owner for great sound!

● Added dimmer dial for exterior LED lighting at awning
