Basically new 2024 Alliance Paradigm 395DS, 2bd/2ba + loft. We planned to live in it full time but our plans changed and we no longer need it. We lived in it for a month at an RV site 10 miles from where we live so it has been stationary for the most part since we got it delivered in March. It comes with all hookups, washer/dryer and dishwasher already installed, stabilizers, 40"H 16-panel outdoor pet fence with 2 gates, external dual fuel generator, and hitch! Also has a residential fridge and oven. We took out the king bed in the master and put in a Cozyway hybrid queen mattress from Camping World. We changed out the queen in the secondary bedroom to a twin to allow for more space and converted the dresser to a desk for teen use. We also adjusted the shelving in the pantry to add more shelves and space, added a countertop extension, a stovetop cover, and Lippert screen door protector. All factory warranties are transferrable.
