I bought new, and this unit is in excellent shape! NO pets, NO smoking, NO accidents, EVERYTHING on this unit works. I winterized every year. You will only find one tree branch, a light scratch. This RV has been stored in the shade. This unit has new tires and a new mattress. No rips, no tears inside with only mild scuffs. You will be hard-pressed to find a cleaner 2018. Empty nesters own this unit.
