This Lance has been EXCELLENT for our family - only selling because we're moving a few states away and we already have too many things to haul! She's great on and off the grid, towable with a larger SUV or a truck - with all the enjoyment and reliability that makes the name LANCE so well known.

Comes with LOTS of extras including: 2 extra water hoses + pressure reducer, additional extended length waste hose, 30 to 20 amp reducer, waste tank treatment, storage bins for electrical and plumbing (grey water & white), outdoor rug, 1 package stabilizing / leveling blocks, 2 chock blocks, oversized trailer cover ($600 new - now has a split in the back corner which could be repaired. Still fully functional), 2 propane tanks, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, sheets for both bed - freshly laundered, interior organizing bins.

Repairs done within the last 3 years so you won't have to: new motherboard for fridge, emergency brake controller, hubs in both tires, plumbing upgrades, hitch lift, co2monitor, new tires.

There is a corner of the awning cap missing - it's on order through Camping World / Kaysville and can be sent to you when it comes in.
